These terms are a contract between you and Sliced Backhand Ltd(“we”, “us”) covering your use of QuickPose Train(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. The Service
QuickPose Train lets you upload exercise videos, analyse them for body pose and range of motion, tag movement stages and corrective feedback, and export rep-counting code for use with the QuickPose SDK. The Service is under active development and features may change.
2. Accounts and teams
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Content in a team is visible to every member of that team. Team owners and admins control membership and may add or remove members; removing a member ends their access to that team’s content. You must not share seats between individuals beyond the seat count of your plan.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access reverts to a plan-less state.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded.
- Plan limits (video count, length, file size, features and seats) apply as shown in-app.
- We may change pricing on notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending videos to our processing infrastructure to derive pose data. We do not use Your Content to train models or for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
5. Your responsibilities for uploaded video
You must have the right to upload every video you submit, including the informed consent of every person appearing in it to have their movement recorded and analysed. Pose analysis derives data about identifiable people and may be regulated in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining any consents and notices required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful content, or content you lack the rights or consents to upload;
- attempt to access another team’s data, or probe, scan or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by your plan;
- use the Service to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
7. Not medical advice
The Service produces movement measurements and coaching messages that you author. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. You are responsible for how outputs are used in your own products.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties including hosting, video processing and payment providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their acts or outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate for your use case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your team at any time; deletion permanently removes that team’s exercises, videos and feedback. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the Service or others.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Contact and company details
QuickPose Train is operated by Sliced Backhand Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12080961, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
